Our almond cream is the most delicate of our spreads. 🌰 Light in color, with a toasted almond aroma and a subtle sweetness, it enhances rather than overwhelms the flavor of whatever you put it on.

Sicilian almonds have an aroma that almonds from other regions lack, which is why they have always been used in local pastries. Here, they are roasted and finely ground, without milk or gluten.

Product storage

Store the jar in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 20 degrees Celsius, away from heat sources and direct light.

Do not refrigerate, even after opening: it will harden in the cold and will not return to its original consistency. After opening, always use a clean and dry spoon.

If a film of oil appears on the surface, it is not a defect; it is the fatty part separating when the jar is still. Just stir before use.
