Orange marmalade is the one that tastes of zest. 🍊 Not just sweet: it also contains the slight bitterness of the peel, which is why this marmalade has existed for centuries.

We make it with Sicilian oranges harvested at full ripeness, sugar, and lemon juice. Nothing else: no added pectin, no preservatives, no colorants. With citrus fruits, they are not needed, because pectin is already in the peel and seeds.

Product storage

Before opening, store the jar in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Unopened, it keeps until the date indicated on the lid.

After opening, keep it in the refrigerator and consume within ten days. Always use a clean, dry spoon: it's water that causes mold, not time.

If a film appears on the surface, the entire jar must be discarded. Removing only the visible part is not enough.
