The pistachio cream is the classic one, with milk. 🌰 Velvety, sweet, green due to the pistachio and not food coloring: just spread it, nothing else is needed.

The pistachio content is 30 percent, which is a lot for a spreadable cream. The rest is what's needed to keep it soft and spreadable even at room temperature.

Product storage

Store the jar in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 20 degrees, away from heat sources and direct light.

Do not put it in the refrigerator, even after opening: it hardens when cold and will not return to its original state. After opening, always use a clean and dry spoon.

If a film of oil appears on the surface, it is not a defect; it is the fatty part that separates when the jar is still. Just stir before using.
