Our tangerine marmalade is the most fragrant of all. 🍊 Tangerines lose a lot of flavor during cooking, so a lot is needed: there are 80 grams of fruit for every 100 grams of product, which is why the aroma remains.

Sicilian tangerines, sugar and lemon juice. The cooking is slow and in small batches, so as not to diminish the fragrance, which is what this marmalade has to offer.

Product storage

Before opening, store the jar in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Unopened, it keeps until the date indicated on the lid.

After opening, keep it refrigerated and consume within ten days. Always use a clean, dry spoon: it is water that causes mold, not time.

If a film appears on the surface, the entire jar should be discarded. Removing only the visible part is not enough.
