"Contadina" style olives are homemade olives. đź«’ Oregano, chili pepper, and garlic: three ingredients that have always been present in Sicilian countryside, and that are all you need.

The recipe is what farmers prepared with what they had in their garden. The olives are hand-crushed Nocellara Etnea, fermented without preservatives and seasoned afterwards, once the bitterness has gone.

Product storage

Before opening, store the bag in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. If sealed, it will keep until the date indicated on the package.

After opening, drain the olives, place them in a sealed container in the refrigerator and consume within seven to ten days. If you cover them with a drizzle of oil, they will keep better and not dry out.

The product contains pits: be careful if serving to children.
