Product description

Natural green olives are the starting point. 🫒 No seasoning, no flavoring: just the olive, brine, and time to remove its bitterness.

They are Nocellara Etnea, the variety that grows at the foot of the volcano. After harvesting, they are hand-crushed, salted, and left to ferment at a controlled pH. It's fermentation that preserves them, not preservatives: that's why they remain crunchy and still taste like olive.

Product storage

Before opening, store the pouch in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Once closed, it keeps until the date indicated on the packaging.

After opening, drain the olives, place them in a sealed container in the refrigerator and consume within seven to ten days. If you cover them with a drizzle of oil, they will keep better and won't dry out.

This product contains pits: be careful if serving to children.
