Orange blossom honey tastes like orange flower, and anyone trying it for the first time will immediately notice. 🍯 Light in color, almost white when it crystallizes, delicately sweet and not at all overpowering.

The bees work in organic citrus groves during flowering, which in Sicily lasts three or four weeks between April and May. It's a narrow window, and all of the year's orange blossom honey comes from it.

Product storage

Store the jar in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Refrigeration is not necessary; in fact, cold temperatures will cause it to crystallize faster.

Honey that becomes grainy has not gone bad: crystallization is natural and is actually a sign that the honey has not been heated. If you want it liquid again, immerse the closed jar in warm water, never above 40 degrees Celsius, because above that temperature, its aroma and enzymes will be lost.

Always use a clean and dry spoon: water is the only thing that can cause honey to ferment.
