Product storage

Before opening, store the jar in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct light. Once closed, it will keep until the date indicated on the lid.

After opening, keep it in the refrigerator and consume within ten days. Level the surface and cover it with a drizzle of oil, so it doesn't dry out.

Take it out of the refrigerator fifteen minutes before using it. Always use a clean and dry spoon.
